Qualcomm – Futurecom 2014

Qualcomm, known for leading the mobile processor market, attended the event with a large stand and many innovations. The company is one of the responsible for major breakthroughs in mobile computing and gave great emphasis to the next wireless connection: LTE-A. A preview of conventional 4G, LTE-A combines two frequencies to reach speeds up to 300 mbps. A gift smartphone at the event could reach speeds of about 260 mbps!

To show the power of its processors present in most mobile devices, Qualcomm has built a robot with 3D printer and smartphones parts. The robot with artificial intelligence was able to learn basic commands and visual ways to replicate.
